PRICES AND PAYMENT
Only if you order from Sweden you can choose to pay with swish or card! (Contact me if you choose Swish!).
If you order from EU or outside EU you can pay with card directly when you place your order in shop.
In the shopping cart you can see the total price including shipping and payment.
Shipping terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the selected shipping method.


VAT
If you order an original painting from and to an EU country, VAT is always included in the price you see


Tax
Any customs duties / tax duties are paid by the buyer
 

RETURNS
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a specially manufactured product - or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we have provided information.
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. 
 

Our Fine Art prints

Made of high quality artist paper (305g/m²)
They arrive signed and numbered.

The print comes with a 15mm white "passpartou" in the motif, total size 50x75.
The shipping time can take up to 20 days but usually much faster.
 

 

Right of withdrawal
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.

You are entitled under the Personal Data Act to receive the information that we have registered for you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email. "
 
DELIVERIES
Our posters are safely shipped in pipes or boxes designed for this very purpose.
Shipping times may vary, but within Sweden you should have your order within 3-5 business days. Shipping outside Sweden may vary but usually does not exceed two weeks. For example, if you order Ciara with gold the shipping time is 5-10 business days.

DELIVERIES OF ORIGINAL ART
We offer free shipping of original paintings in EU. Unless otherwise agreed, our paintings are sent in safe wooden boxes. Should anything be wrong with the delivery, please contact us directly via email.

Shipping outside EU is right now extremely expensive. Shipping paintings costs up to 600 euros to some countries. We have chosen to withdraw you as a collector a lower amount. But in the event of a canceled purchase, we unfortunately have to deduct all expenses in connection with the shipping.

 
 
Refund Obligation:
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item (with deduction for previous shipping costs (even if you got free shipping when you ordered), packaging and the work around it) as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days of the day we received the item or, the notice that you have repented. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. In some cases if you live far away or due to other circumstances the shipping cost more than you pay for, therefore you will not get back all money you payed for the delivery in the first case if you want to return it. You can contact us before you make the order and we can estimate what the shipping will "cost" even if the shipping is included in price.
